Limiting Factors and Carrying Capacity

I don't know what Limiting Factors and Carrying Capacity means but I think I know what they mean. From the words in the phrases I think I can get a good educated guess. I think that "Limiting Factors" means factors that are nessecary are being limited which could be many things like the climate, food and many more.

Carrying Capacity may mean either the capacity that can hold a certain amount of population.
